Who we are
Kadelta is the company that develops and operates this website and the delivery platform described on it. Contact: [email protected].
What these terms cover
The use of this website and the use of the platform (back office, client website, customer service and AI agents) by those who hire Kadelta. Each client setup contract details scope, timelines and amounts, and prevails over these terms where it differs.
Account and access
Access to the back office is personal, through a link sent to each team member's email. The client decides who gets in and with which role, and answers for what its team does in the back office.
Tell Kadelta if you notice improper access. We may suspend an access to protect the account.
Setup and monthly fee
Hiring has two parts: the custom setup (website, ordering flow and back office configured for the place) and the monthly platform fee. Amounts, schedule and modules are in the proposal accepted by the client.
Kadelta takes no commission per order and neither receives nor forwards order payments.
Launching features
A feature marked on the website as "Launching" is not in production yet. It is only owed to the client when it is in the accepted proposal, with a date.
Client data
Each client has a dedicated database. The menu, orders, conversations and contacts belong to the client.
The client may request an export of its data at any time and when the contract ends. Personal data is handled under the Privacy policy and the Brazilian LGPD: for end customers' data, the client is the controller and Kadelta is the processor.
Acceptable use
The platform may not be used for illegal activity, to message people who did not ask for it, to try to access third-party data or to overload the service.
On WhatsApp, the client follows Meta rules. The QR connection is not official and carries a risk of the number being blocked, accepted by the client before switching it on.
Artificial intelligence
Agent replies are generated by third-party AI models and may contain errors. The client configures the instructions, chooses what the agent may do and supervises the service.
Model usage is billed by the provider to the client's account, with the key saved in the back office.
Availability and support
We work to keep the platform up, with daily backups and monitoring. These terms promise no availability percentage: when there is one, it is in the contract.
Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. Support is provided by one point of contact, through the channels agreed at setup.
Intellectual property
The back office and the platform code belong to Kadelta, licensed for use while the contract lasts. The client's content, brand, photos and data belong to the client.
What happens to the website designed for the client when the contract ends is defined in the proposal.
Termination
The client may terminate under the notice period in the contract. Kadelta may suspend or end the service for non-payment or for use that breaks these terms, with notice.
On termination, the data is handed to the client and erased from the platform within the agreed period.
Liability
Kadelta answers for direct damages it causes, up to the limit set in the contract. It does not answer for failures of third-party services (carriers, Meta, AI and payment providers) or for content the client publishes.
Changes, law and venue
These terms may change. The current version stays on this page, dated at the top, and relevant changes are announced to clients by email.
Brazilian law applies. The venue is the one stated in each client's contract; for website visitors, that of their domicile.
