Who handles your data

What we collect
Contact and demo forms: name, email, company or name of your place, WhatsApp or phone (optional), your site address (optional), number of locations and what you use today (optional, on the demo form) and your message.
Website chat, when it is switched on: the messages you write and, if you provide them, your name and WhatsApp. An identifier is kept in your browser, in a first-party cookie, for 180 days, so the conversation can continue on your next visit. Replies may be written by an AI agent, with a person from the team following along.
Browsing: the site measures its own visits to learn what works. Your browser gets a random identifier, with no name, email or any data of yours, kept in the site’s own storage (not a third-party cookie). With it we count visits, sessions (a session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity), pages viewed, time on page, where the visit came from, the device type and whether you had been here before. Our database only keeps a scrambled version of that identifier, made with a server key: we can tell someone came back, not who.
Visit source: if you arrived through an ad or a tagged link, we keep which campaign it came from together with the message you send. That is how we measure our own marketing.
What we use it for
To reply to your message and, if you wish, prepare a proposal. We do not build mailing lists, we do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request (art. 7, V, of Brazil’s LGPD), and legitimate interest for visit measurement, done with an anonymous identifier and no personal data (art. 7, IX).
Who we share it with
Only the providers that make the site work: hosting (Oracle Cloud, on a server in Brazil), site delivery and protection (Cloudflare, which also counts visits in aggregate and without cookies) and email delivery (Resend). They process the data solely to provide the service.
How long we keep it
Contact messages: up to 24 months after the last conversation, or until you ask for deletion, whichever comes first.
Visit measurement: the detail of each visit is kept for 90 days; after that, only daily totals. The anonymous identifier is forgotten 13 months after your last visit.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party cookies. The site’s own storage in your browser keeps: the anonymous measurement identifier and the current session (kd_v and kd_s), the visit source (only during the visit) and, if you pick a language at the top of the site, that choice. None of it identifies you.
To erase it, clear this site’s data in your browser. If storage is blocked, measurement counts the visit only for that day, with no identifier.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, deletion, portability and information about sharing (art. 18 of the LGPD). Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 15 days.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
